Programme Manager
Gender & Social Inclusion in Business

Stephanie specializes in project design, management, evaluation, and research for gender inclusive programmes and business development. She has special technical expertise in applying market-based solutions to poverty alleviation, with an emphasis on women's economic empowerment initiatives in developing economies and post-conflict areas. She has lived and worked in Cambodia, Rwanda, Uganda, Haiti, Iraq and Afghanistan for various organisations including Oxfam America, TechnoServe, and Chemonics. Stephanie has conducted research on women's entrepreneurship in post-conflict countries, as well as on gender based violence in the context of economic empowerment programmes.

Cecilia has over 20 years of experience developing strategic interventions with international partners in South and Central America, Asia, and Africa. These include the World Bank and UN Agencies for inclusive development, as well as governments, NGOs, and grassroots organisations. An expert in gender and development, Cecilia excels at institutionalising gender equity in policies and planning through strategic planning, trainings on gender and women's economic empowerment, and evaluations.

Sarah’s work focuses on market-based approaches to development and inclusive agricultural value chains with a gender lens. She specializes in designing training initiatives and undertaking qualitative research and analysis, as well as in strategy, policy development, and project management.
