Glorious Musambai

As a BD Assurance Lead, Glorious brings over a decade of experience in business strategy, client relationship management, pipeline and proposal development, project management, communications and process improvement. She is a strategic thinker who leverages her experience to drive revenue growth and deliver tailored solutions that address specific business needs.

Prior to joining Value for Women, Glorious worked as a Consultant at the African Institute of Children Studies, a knowledge management firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. Her business, research, analysis, negotiation and networking skills played a crucial role in positioning the company as an esteemed industry thought leader. Before this, Glorious worked with an impact investment firm based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and with leading telecommunications organisations in Nairobi, Kenya, where she led business teams to grow organisational revenue, increase company visibility, and strengthen client relationships. Additionally, she is actively involved in community projects, dedicating herself to volunteer work that emphasises gender and social inclusion.

Glorious graduated with honours from the University of Nairobi, Kenya with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Studies – Major in Communication Development. She also holds a Masters degree in Gender Analysis in International Development from the University of East Anglia in Norwich, United Kingdom.
