She brings over 15 years experience in finance, inclusion, entrepreneurship, capacity development, and training. She is strongly committed to increasing female representation in leadership at organizations and society through gender parity and diversity initiatives.
Ibukun has been at the forefront of numerous development projects and has expertise in research, gender & financial inclusion, project management, product design, and investment readiness advisory for women-owned businesses.
Ibukun is an author and a podcaster who is deeply passionate about financial education for women and convenes the annual Financial Literacy Conference: Women of Wealth.
She holds a degree in Linguistics from the University of Ilorin in Nigeria and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, Washington D.C, United States in view. She is also a certified IFC TMPA learning and development trainer.
