Alakshi has established organizations focused on menstrual health and entrepreneurship, investing in innovative, impactful solutions. As the founding member of the startup studio build3, Alakshi’s goal was to actively support and invest in the growth journey of early-stage impact startups that align with the studio's mission to better the mind, body, and the earth.

Previously, Alakshi worked with Accenture, where she focused on building capabilities and hiring talent. Transitioning from the corporate realm, she delved into leadership development in government while working with the Piramal Foundation.
