Diana is a Senior Associate at Value for Women, supporting clients by administering gender diagnostics and designing tailored strategies to address their unique needs. She brings over nine years of experience working across microfinance, fintech, and consulting in East Africa and beyond, with a strong focus on advancing financial inclusion and gender equity.

Passionate about practical, people-centered solutions, Diana has worked closely with organisations to develop gender-responsive financial products and risk management frameworks that empower women, youth, and underserved communities. She is committed to fostering inclusive financial ecosystems that promote sustainable growth.

Diana holds certification from the Professional Risk Managers International Association (PRMIA), Minnesota, USA, a Bachelor’s degree in Development Economics from Makerere University, Uganda, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Development Finance.
