She has worked extensively in emerging markets across Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East and North Africa, providing technical assistance to a diverse range of public and private sector stakeholders, from central banks to fintechs.

Jana's expertise includes conducting in-depth research, delivering training, developing regulatory frameworks, and creating practical tools such as toolkits, matrices, and policy guidelines to support financial inclusion and sector growth.
