As Value for Women’s Human Resources and People Operations Manager, Kirsty supports a team of global consultants by delivering best HR practices and supporting the organisation in delivering its vision and mission.

With over 20 years of global expertise, Kirsty spearheads the delivery of an effective performance management framework at Value for Women helping deliver optimal organisational functioning and clearly defined talent development pathways. With a proven passion for organisational culture, Kirsty supports Value for Women in realising its mission, vision and values and help create an inclusive and equitable workspace. Kirsty is well versed to deliver DE&I best practices and is passionate about initiatives and organisational cultures that support, respects and embraces all backgrounds.

Kirsty has a History/Sociology BA Honours degree from the University of Manchester (UK), completed her Employment Relations certification from the Regent Business School (South Africa) and is currently completing her CIPD People Management Level 5 Diploma (UK.) Kirsty is a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development. Kirsty is based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
