Natália Torres

Natália is in charge of the implementation of multiple consulting projects, assignments and learning initiatives focused on promoting gender equality and women's economic empowerment across clients. She brings with her 12 years of experience in leading social-inclusion and gender equality initiatives in Latin America, working with the private sector, public agencies, civil society and multilateral organizations. She has deep domain expertise in diversity and inclusion, gender justice, sustainable development and impact investing.

Before joining Value for Women, Natália worked at global non-profit organizations such as Inter-American Development Bank Invest, World Vision, WEConnect International and the United Nations Development Programme.

Natália holds a degree in International Relations from the São Paulo State University, a master's degree in Sustainable Development from the School of Industrial Organization of Madrid, and a master's degree in Public Policy, Strategy and Development from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
