Outi Haapaniemi

Outi Haapaniemi joined Value for Women in March 2020. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Eastern Finland and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. At Value for Women, Outi works as Finance and Contracts Manager, overseeing a range of operational finance functions within a global team. Her responsibilities include performance reporting, resource tracking, accounting, client invoicing, credit control and accounts payable. She also contributes to pricing and the implementation of new financial software tools.

Outi’s professional background includes experience in administration, accounting and finance, as well as work as an auditor at a Big Four firm. While she has spent most of her career in Finland, she has also lived, studied and worked in Denmark, England, Australia and Spain. She is currently based in Mexico.
